Shipping Times and Costs

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to P.O. boxes, street addresses, and business listings. Orders are processed daily. Expect shipping within 2-3 business days for in-stock items during non-rush seasons. At Christmas time and Valentine's Day, shipping will be within 4-5 business days.

Our staff takes great care when packaging and shipping your order. Each order is protected with bubble wrap and then wrapped in tissue paper for presentation. In hot weather, we also recommend adding a few ice packs to your order to make sure your sweets arrive safely to their final destination. Ice packs are available for purchase in our online store for just $1/piece. Additionally, all parcels are noted as fragile and perishable.

Delivery

Local delivery within the town of Hamilton, NY is available Monday through Friday. This includes delivery to Colgate University's Mailroom, on and off campus housing and local addresses.

 

Mailroom delivery for Colgate University students is available for $5. However, we cannot guarantee that your student will receive their items that same day. For all other deliveries, including private addresses and dorms, we will contact the recipient directly via text and make arrangements for a personal delivery. The cost of this service is $10.
